Please please please help us get our 50/50 tickets sold and bring in donations for our auction. It will be here very soon and we have to raise this money in order to keep being able to provide the type of experience for your kids that is worthwhile and what they deserve!!! If you'd like some more tickets to sell, please come see me and I'll be glad to help you out! June 11 - 14 - Rookie Camp, 8-12 (Incoming Freshman and Leadership) July 2 - 4 - Guard Camp (Only if necessary. Decision will be made by June 4.) July 16 - 19 - Full Band Camp (Mandatory for all band members.) Percussion Camp - TBA Music Rehearsals - TBA (Students are required to attend at least 2. 5 to 7 opportunities will be given.) *All rehearsals and performances on this schedule are mandatory for all band members unless otherwise indicated. Due to the response I have received over trying to reschedule the Christmas concert, I have decided to move the date back to it's original day. There will be a home basketball game against East Montgomery taking place at the same time. I do not know what effect this will have on our concert in terms of sound level and distractions outside the auditorium being heard during our concert as well as attendance. My goal in rescheduling was to provide an evening guaranteed to be free of conflict and disruptions. However, there are only so many days in the month and I have been unsuccessful in doing so. Therefore, the concert will take place on the original date of Monday December 18 at 7:00 pm and we will deal with whatever issues there may be. Have a great evening. Due to a number of rescheduled sports games, we have moved our rehearsal to Tuesday night this week from 7-9 pm. The kids understand and have been wonderful to ensure we have the time we need to be ready for Friday and Saturday. Thanks so much for your support. Clay 9/29 Game

The kids were given Pizza forms for fundraising this past Tuesday. Please ask them about them. This money is 100% theirs to pay fees with and raise money for the trip this spring. They earn 50% profit with this fundraiser! Please sell as much as you can. I want every kid to be on the trip!
